AEE Drone Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Service Policies : 

 

a. The product must not subject to abnormal or unauthorized used, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period. 
 
b. No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed on the product or a component. 
 
c. Product labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show no signs of tampering or altering. 
 
d. Customer should provide a valid proof-of-purchase such as receipt to entitle 12 months of Warranty Service.
 
e. Customer is responsible for delivering and collecting the Products at his/her own cost when carry-in service is requested.
 
f.  Technical staff of Service Centers will examine the returned product to identify the problem. If it is a quality problem with the product itself Service Centre will repair it free of charge. 
 
g. If it determines that the product is not covered under the Warranty Service, the customer will have to pay the cost of repair. Examination, material and labor costs will be charged according to the nature of the problem. 
 
h. Even the product is capable of retaining user-generated data, this may be lost during the repair process. We recommend that you back up your data prior to any repair. 
 
i. The Warranty Service is valid in Hong Kong only. Any other certificate issued by other parties would not be accepted by the Company.
 
j. The purchases will have no claim under this warranty in respect of personal injury, damages to property or consequential damage.
 
k . In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right for final judgment and decision.

2. The following situations are not covered by the Warranty Service :
 
a. Crash or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors. 
 
b. The damage was caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
 
c. The damage was caused by improper installation, incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals. 
 
d. The damage was caused by unauthorized repair.
 
e. The damage was caused by unauthorized modification of circuits, mismatch or misuse of battery and charger. 
 
f. The damage was caused by flights which did not follow the instruction manual recommendations. 
 
g. The damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong wind, rain, sand/dust storm, etc.)
 
h. The damage was caused by operating the unit in an environment with electromagnetic 
interferen.  (i.e. a mining areas, close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.). 
 
i. The damage was caused by operating the unit in an environment suffering from interference with other wireless devices (i.e. transmitter, video-link, Wi-Fi signals, etc.). 
 
j. The damage was caused by operating the unit at a weight greater than the safe takeoff weight as specified by the instruction manuals. 
 
k. The damage was caused by a forced flight when components have aged or been damaged.
 
l. The damage was caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthenticated third-party parts. 
 
m.The damage was caused by operating the unit with a low charged or defective battery.
