Product Warranty Conditions

1. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Please read the following Product Warranty Terms and Conditions carefully before signing the service order receipt:

1.1 For product defects that occur under normal operating circumstances, subject to verification by Alris Technology Limited (hereinafter called the “Company”), free of charge repair service shall be provided by the Company within one (1) year commencing from the date of sales invoice. Valid Sales invoice must be issued by authorized resellers or affixed with model and serial number label printed by authorized distributors.

1.2 The Company do not provide on-site repair service.

1.3 Warranty service is only available in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, and the product need to be purchase under the Company official dealers.

1.4 The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to use any refurbished (instead of brand-new) components in providing the repair service and charge the customers corresponding component fees according to the quotation.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 Retrieve repaired product by showing official repair document provided by the Company. 

2.2 Customers are required to present original sales invoice to the Company upon request for warranty service.

2.3 All changed parts are non-returnable.

2.4 After product has been repaired, the warranty will not be extended.

2.5 Data stored in the products may be lost after the inspection and / or repair and thus should be properly backed up by the customers beforehand. The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits and/or loss of data as a result of provision of repair service.

2.6 This warranty shall not apply and the repair charges shall be separately quoted by the Company in the event of:

(a) any willful modification, alteration or repair in any way made to any part of the product by any persons other than the Company; or

(b) any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force.

2.7 For the failure of the product resulting directly or indirectly for any loss, the Company shall not be responsible.

2.8 In case of loss or damage in transit of the product, the Company shall not be responsible.

2.9 These warranty service terms and conditions are enforced under the principle of non-infringement or non-violation of laws and regulations of China, Hong Kong or Macau. If any provision or a portion of these terms and conditions are unlawful or cannot be enforced, the said portion of the terms and conditions shall be rendered void. No person shall pursue any claim and/or action of any kind against Alris Technology Limited or its affiliates based on such a reason. 

2.10 The Company reserves the right to interpret any terms and conditions set forth above in its sole and absolute discretion.
